Barrel proof coffees?

there are few beverages that  love as much as coffee, but whiskey is definitely one of them.  our barrel conditioned coffee program brings these two loves together.  unroasted coffee spends 28 days in a spent bourbon barrel.  the time in the barreel allows the coffee to take flavor and aromatic characteristics of the barrel and the bourbon...without any of the alcohol.  the resulting product is great when brewed hot or as a cold brew.  

to date, we have used barrels from j. henry & sons distillery, heaven hill and willet.  i'm constantly on the lookout for new barrels to try.
